About the Venue
Farnam House Brewing was conceived in a garage and created underground in Omaha. After many pilot batch experiments, brewmasters Tony Thomas and Phil Doerr were inspired by the beer-making traditions of Germany, Belgium, and France, and decided to elevate their craft. They moved into an underground vault, and now, amid original architecture and safe doors, the brewers create seasonal craft beers in the tradition of the Europeans. You will find a regular lineup of sours, lagers, and farmhouse ales and to soak up some of the suds, the executive chef serves locally influenced burgers, pierogis, and spent grain breads.
